- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations in India.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on select products or orders above a certain value (as per promotional offers).
4. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through the “My Orders” section on aapnabaazar.com.
5. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
- AapnaBaazar will not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect/incomplete information.
6. Delays & Exceptions
- While we make every effort to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, festivals, courier issues) may cause delays.
- In rare cases where delivery is not possible, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, AapnaBaazar ships only within India. International shipping is not available.
